Long Title: An Act to provide the allocation of seats in, and the delimitation of constituencies for the purpose of election to, the House of the People and the Legislatures of States, the qualifications of voters at such elections, the preparation of electoral rolls, the manner of filling seats in the Council of States to be filled by representatives of Union territories, and matters connected therewith.

Section 27A: Constitution of electoral colleges for the filling of seats in the Council of States allotted to Union territories.

9,10(3) The electoral college for the Union territory of Delhi shall consist of the elected members of the Legislative Assembly constituted for that territory under the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi Act, 1991 (1 of 1992).
11(4) 12The electoral college for the Union territory of 13*** Pondicherry shall consist of the elected members of the Legislative Assembly constituted for that territory under the Government of Union Territories Act, 1963 (20 of 1963).

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh (UTs).--
    Section 27A.-- After sub-section (4), insert the following sub-section, namely:-
    (5) The electoral college of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir shall consist of the elected members of the Legislative Assembly constituted for that territory under the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganization Act, 2019 (34 of 2019).
