An Act to amend and consolidate the law relating to the regulation of labour and safety in mines.
1[50.Leave defined.--For the purposes of this Chapter, leave shall not include weekly days of rest
or holidays for festivals or other similar occasions whether occurring during or at either end of the
period of leave.]
