Long Title: An Act to provide for the establishment of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India and the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal to regulate the telecommunication services, adjudicate disputes, dispose of appeals and to protect the interests of service providers and consumers of the telecom sector, to promote and ensure orderly growth of the telecom sector and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

Section 14H: Staff of Appellate Tribunal.
    (1) The Central Government shall provide the Appellate Tribunal with such officers and employees as it may deem fit.
     (2) The officers and employees of the Appellate Tribunal shall discharge their functions under the general superintendence of its Chairperson.
     (3) The salaries and allowances and other conditions of service of the officers and employees of the Appellate Tribunal shall be such as may be prescribed.
