Section 294: Care of naked lights.
    No person shall set a naked light on or near any building in any street or other public place in a cantonment in such manner as to cause danger of fire:
     Provided that nothing in this section shall be deemed to prohibit the use of lights for purpose of illumination on the occasion of a festival or public or private entertainment.
