Section 30:
Deductions awarded by naval tribunals.
Deductions may be made from the pay and
allowances of an officer or 1[sailor] in respect of any sentence of fine, forfeiture or mulcts of pay and
allowances awarded in pursuance of this Act by a naval tribunal.
