Section 53: Uncleanness or indecent acts.
    Every person subject to naval law who is guilty of,--
         (a) uncleanness; or
         (b) any indecent act;
shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years or such other punishment as is hereinafter mentioned.
