Section 105B:
Penalty for failure to comply with sections 32B, 32C and 32D.
1[105B. Penalty for failure to comply with sections 32B, 32C and 32D. --If an insurer fails to
comply with the provisions of section 32B, section 32C and section 32D, he shall be liable to a penalty
not exceeding twenty-five crore rupees.]
