Section 14A: Acting Chairman or Deputy Chairman.
    1[14A. Acting Chairman or Deputy Chairman.--The Central Government may, pending the consideration of the question as to who may be appointed as Chairman or Deputy Chairman of a Board under section 3 or section 4, appoint a person to be the acting Chairman or Deputy Chairman thereof and notify his name in the Official Gazette and the person so appointed shall, until the Central Government by notification in the Official Gazette otherwise directs, be deemed for the purposes of this Act to be the Chairman or Deputy Chairman of such Board appointed under section 3 or section 4, as the case may be.]
