Hospital accommodation.--Every special trade passenger ship certified to carry more than one hundred passengers on a voyage the duration of which, in ordinary circumstances, may extend to forty-eight hours or more, shall provide on board a hospital offering such conditions relating to security, space, health and sanitation and capable of accommodating such proportion of the maximum number of passengers the ship is certified to carry, as may be prescribed.]
