Controls of waste materials.--Taking into account the international rules, standards and requirements, the Central Government shall prescribe the rules and take appropriate measures in its territory to require that wastes from the application or removal of an anti-fouling system, are collected, handled, treated and disposed of in a safe and environmentally sound manner, by any person in India, to protect human health and the environment.]
