Long Title: An Act to provide for the incorporation and regulation of corporations for the purpose of warehousing of agricultural produce and certain other commodities and for matters connected therewith.

Section 28: Deposit account.
    All moneys belonging to a Warehousing Corporation shall be deposited in the Reserve Bank or the State Bank 1[or any nationalised bank] or, subject to any rules made under this Act, in 2[any other scheduled bank] or co-operative bank.
