Authentication of orders and documents of the Authority.

About this Act
An Act to provide for the development of Delhi according to plan and for matters ancillary thereto.
All permissions, orders, decisions,
notices and other documents of the Authority shall be authenticated by the signature of the secretary to
the Authority or any other officer authorised by the Authority in this behalf.
