Long Title: An Act to establish and declare Schools of Planning and Architecture as Institutions of national importance in order to promote education and research in architectural studies including planning of human settlements.

    The following shall be the authorities of a School, namely:—
         (a) a Board of Governors;
         (b) a Senate; and
         (c) such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the School.
