Long Title: An Act to provide for the constitution of a Board for the development of export of spices and for the control of cardamom industry including the control of cultivation of cardamom and matters connected therewith.

Section 10: Returns to be made by registered owners.
    (1) A registered owner shall furnish returns to the Board in such form, at such times and in such manner as may be prescribed.
     (2) The Board may authorise an officer to visit any estate at any time to verify the accuracy of any return made under this section or to ascertain the productive capacity of the estate.
