Section 13:
Nomination of distinguished scientists or academicians of global eminence, eminent industrialists or technologists and heads of three premier institutions in the field of imparting education in science and technology.
The heads of three premier institutions in the field of imparting
education in science and technology, referred to in clause (h), the distinguished scientists or academicians
of global eminence referred to in clause (i), and eminent industrialists or technologists referred to in
clause (j), of sub-section (1) of section 11, shall be nominated, by the President of the Council of
Scientific and Industrial Research.
