Section 44:
Enumeration of municipal authorities.
1[44. Enumeration of municipal authorities.---For the efficient performance of its functions, there
shall be the following municipal authorities under 2[3[the Corporation]], namely:--
(a) the Standing Committee;
(b) the Wards Committee; and
(c) the Commissioner.]
