Section 82:
Power to make regulations.
1[2[The Corporation]] may make regulations for the transaction of
business at its meeting:
Provided that the time, place and procedure for the first meeting after the constitution of 3[4[the
Corporation]] under section 3 shall be determined by the Administrator.
