Section 46: Other annual financial statements.
    (1) The Corporation shall also prepare such other annual financial statements in such form and by such dates as may be prescribed.
     (2) Printed copies of each such annual financial statement shall be made available to each of the three participating Governments by such date as may be prescribed.
