Continuance of liability for land revenue rates and cesses.

About this Act
An Act to provide for the preparation and execution of land development schemes, the reclamation of waste-land and the control of private forests and grass-land, in the Provinces of Delhi and Ajmer-Merwara.
The taking and retaining of
possession of any land on behalf of the Government under provisions of this Chapter shall not affect the
liability of any person for the payment of land revenue, rate or cess in respect of the land for any period
whether before or after the date of taking possession.
