Long Title: An Act to provide for the incorporation and regulation of a corporation for the purpose of planning and promoting programmes for the production, processing, marketing, storage, export and import of agricultural produce, foodstuffs industrial goods, livestock, certain other commodities and services on co-operative principles and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

Section 19: Delegation.
    The Corporation may, by general or special order in writing, delegate to the 1[President or the Vice-President] or any other member or any officer of the Corporation subject to such conditions and limitations, if any, as may be specified in the order such of its powers and functions under this Act as it may deem necessary.
