Long Title: An Act to declare Kalakshetra of Madras to be an institution of national importance to provide for the establishment and incorporation of a Foundation for its administration, to make provisions for further development of Kalakshetra in accordance with the aims and objects for which Kalakshetra was founded and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

Section 29: Protection of action taken in good faith.
    No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government or any officer of that Government or the Foundation or Member or Director or any officer of the Foundation for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
