Section 6: Penalty for contravention of provisions of section 3 or section 4.
    Any person who fails to make a declaration as required by section 3 or 1[contravenes the provisions of section 4 or section 4A] shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine, or with both).
