Section 152:
Powers of court-martial in relation to proceedings under this Act.
Any trial by a courtmartial under the provisions of this Act shall be deemed to be a judicial proceeding within the meaning of
sections 193 and 228 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860), and the court-martial shall be deemed to be a
Court within the meaning of 1[sections 345 and 346 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973
(2 of 1974)].
