Section 19:
Indemnification of directors, etc.
Every director or administrator appointed under section 10
and the designated person appointed under section 16 shall be indemnified by the Central Government
against all losses and expenses incurred by him in relation to the discharge of his duties, except such as
are caused by his own wilful act or default.
