Section 15: Production of certificates, etc.
    The owner of any boiler who holds a certificate or provisional order relating thereto shall, at all reasonable times during the period for which the certificate or order is in force, be bound to produce the same when called upon to do so by a District Magistrate, Commissioner of Police or Magistrate of the first class having jurisdiction in the area in which the boiler is for the time being, or by the Chief Inspector or by an Inspector or by any Inspector appointed under the 1[the Factories Act, 1948(63 of 1948)],or by any person specially authorized in writing, by a District Magistrate or Commissioner of Police.
