Section 33:
Penalty for improper use of Standard Mark, etc.
(1) Any person who contravenes the
provisions of section 11, or section 12 or section 14 or section 15 shall be punishable with imprisonment
for a term which may extend to one year or with fine which may extend to fifty thousand rupees, or with
both.
(2) Any court trying a contravention under sub-section (1) may direct that any property in respect of
which the contravention has taken place shall be forfeited to the Bureau.
