¹[10. Budget.--The Trustees shall, by such date in each financial year as may be specified by the Central Government, submit to that Government for approval, in the form specified by that Government in consultation with the Comptroller and Auditor-General of India, the budget of the next financial year, showing the estimated receipts and expenditure during the next financial year.
