Long Title: An Act to establish a bank to be known as the National Housing Bank to operate as a principal agency to promote housing finance institutions both at local and regional levels and to provide financial and other support to such institutions and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

Section 38: Preparation of balance sheet, etc., of National Housing Bank.
    (1) The balance sheet and accounts of the National Housing Bank shall be prepared and maintained in such form and manner as may be prescribed.
     (2) The Board shall cause the books and accounts of the National Housing Bank to be balanced and closed as on the thirtieth day of June, each year.
