Competent authority to be public servant.

About this Act
An Act to provide for the constitution and regulation of certain Air Force Reserve and also an Auxiliary Air Force and for matters connected therewith.
For the purposes of this Act every competent
authority and where the competent authority consists of a committee of two or more air officers, every
member of the committee shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the
Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860).
