Reports regarding deaths of inmates.
The Orphanages and other Charitable Homes (Supervision and Control) Act, 1960
About this Act
An Act to provide for the supervision and control of orphanages, homes for neglected women or children and other like institutions and for matters connected therewith.
The manager shall, immediately after the occurrence
of any death among the inmates of the home, send a written report thereof to the Board explaining the
cause of death to the best of his knowledge.
