Probation of Offenders Act, 1958, not to apply to persons above the age of fourteen years.—The provisions of the Probation of Offenders Act, 1958 (20 of 1958), shall not apply to any person above the age of fourteen years who is found guilty of having committed any offence punishable under this Act.]
