Section 17: Classes of tenants.
    There shall be, for the purposes of this Act, the following clauses of tenants, namely,--
         (a) occupancy tenants;
         (b) exproprietary tenants;
         (c) hereditary tenants; and
         (d) non-occupancy tenants.
