Section 102:
Remedies for wrongful ejectment.
A tenant ejected by his landholder, otherwise than in
accordance with the provisions of this Act may, within one year of such ejectment, apply to the
sub-divisional officer--
(a) for possession of the holding;
(b) for compensation for wrongful dispossession; and
(c) for compensation for any improvement he may have made, or for a tree belonging to him.
