Section 163: Definitions.
    For the purposes of this Chapter,--
         (a) "ceiling limit", in relation to land, means the limit fixed under section 164;
         (b) "family", relation to a person, means the person, the wife or husband, as the case may be, and the dependent children and grand-children, of such person;
         (c) "land" does not include land used for non-agricultural purposes.
