Section 9:
Vacancies amongst members or defect in the constitution not to invalidate acts or proceedings of a Corporation.
No act or proceeding of a 1[Corporation or its Board] shall be invalid
by reason only of the existence of any vacancy 2[in its Board] or any defect in the constitution thereof.
