Section 8: Amendment of Fourth Schedule to the Constitution.
    As from the appointed day, in the Fourth Schedule to the Constitution, in the second column of the Table,—
         (a) for the figures "17" against Madras, the figures "18" shall be substituted; and
         (b) for the figures "220", the figures "221" shall be substituted.
