If at the time of the withdrawal of the ¹[StateGovernment] from entry upon the immoveable properties of the estate, any difficulty arises in connection with the restoration to the Nawab Bahadur or to his successor of the properties and rights possessed and exercised by the ¹[State Government], the State Government may by order authorise the doing of any matter or thing which appears to it necessary to facilitate such restoration.
