Whoever contravenes or attempts to contravene or abets the contravention of the provisions of sub-section (3) of section 3, or any of the provisions of section 4 or the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 5, shall be punishable with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months, or with both.
