Amendment of orders. Repealed
About this Act
An Act to provide for the regulation of rents, repairs and maintenance and evictions relating to premises and of rates of hotels and lodging houses in the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
Clerical or arithmetical mistakes in any order passed by the Tribunal or
Rent Authority or errors arising therein from any accidental slip or omission may, at any time, be
corrected by the Tribunal or, as the case may be, the Rent Authority on an application received in this
behalf from any of the parties or otherwise.
