Section 21:
Chapter not to apply to eviction of tenants from certain buildings.
Nothing in this Chapter
shall apply to or in relation to the 14
eviction under any law of a tenant from any building in a slum area
belonging to the Government, 15
the Delhi Development Authority or any local authority.
