Section 9:
Recovery of amounts due under the Act.
Any amount due under this Act (including the interest
or penalty, if any, payable under section 7 or section 8, as the case may be) from any occupier of a
metallurgical factory or any owner of an iron ore mine or a manganese ore mine 1[or a chrome ore]
minemay be recovered by the Central Government in the same manner as an arrear of land revenue.
