The Registrar, on registering a Trade Union under section 8, shall issue a certificate of registration in the prescribed form which shall be conclusive evidence that the Trade Union has been duly registered under this Act.

     Ladakh (UT).--
     Section 9.--After "certificate of registration", "insert with in a period not exceeding thirty days subject to the fulfillment of other provisions of this Act".

Substitution of section 9-For section 9, substitute--
     9. Certificate of registration.--The Registrar, on registering a Trade Union under section 8, shall issue a certificate of registration within a period not exceeding thirty days subject to the fulfillment of other provisions of this Act in the prescribed form which shall be conclusive evidence that the Trade Union has been duly registered under this Act".
