Section 30:
Simultaneous requisitions.
If requisitions for the surrender of a fugitive criminal are
received from more than one foreign State 1
***, the Central Government may, having regard to the
circumstances of the case, surrender the fugitive criminal to such State or country as that Government
thinks fit
