(1) The Central Government may make rules for tire management of any zamindari or other district posts.
     (2) In particular and without prejudice 10 the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may declare what portions of this Act shall be applicable to zamindari and other district posts and to the persons employed in connection therewith.
