Long Title: An Act to provide for imposing restrictions upon the use and enjoyment of land in the vicinity of works of defence in order that such land may be kept free from buildings and other obstructions, and for determining the amount of compensation to be made on account of such imposition.

Section 26: Form of awards.
    Every award under this Part shall be in writing signed by the Judge, and shall specify the amount awarded under section 23, sub-section (1), clause (a), and also the amounts (if any) respectively a warded under each of the other clauses of the same sub-section, together with the grounds of awarding each of the said amounts.
