Long Title: An Act to provide for imposing restrictions upon the use and enjoyment of land in the vicinity of works of defence in order that such land may be kept free from buildings and other obstructions, and for determining the amount of compensation to be made on account of such imposition.

Section 42: Code of Civil Procedure to apply to proceedings before Court.
    Save in so far as they may be inconsistent with anything contained in this Act, the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure1(14 of 1882) shall apply to all proceedings before the Court under this Act.
