Section 93: Certain persons exempt from arrest by Court.
    The President 1***, the Governors of 2[Madras], 3[Bombay and 4[West Bengal]], 5*** 6*** and the Chief Justice and Judges of the High Courts 7***, shall not be liable to arrest by order of the Small Cause Court.
