Section XVII: Restrictive definition shareholder.
    No notice of any trust, express or implied or constructive, shall of be entered on the Register or be receivable by the Company; and every person who has accepted any share in a Company registered under this Act, and. whose name is entered in the Register of shareholders, and no other person (except a subscriber to the Memorandum of Association in respect of the shares subscribed for by him) shall, for the purposes of this Act, be deemed to be a shareholder.
