Section XXV:
Copies of Memorandum and Articles of Association to be forwarded to shareholders.
Copies of the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association shall be
forwarded by the Company to every shareholder, at his request, on pertinent of the sum of one Rupee
for each copy, or such less sum as may he prescribed by the Company.
