Section XXXIII:
Balance-sheet to be signed and certified by the Directors.
The balance-sheet shall
be signed by the Directors or any there or more of them, who shall certify at the foot there of that the
same, to the best of their belief, contains a true account of the capital and liabilities and of the
property and assets of the Company.
